脉诊是中医诊断的重要手段,国内学者通过对大量脉象数据的测绘和分析,在相关研究领域有了初步的进展,使脉象研究从定性分析进入到了定量分析,并且凭借脉诊仪的研发使脉诊学进入了客观化研究的阶段。文章旨在总结近10年有关恶性肿瘤患者脉象研究的论文,阐述了恶性肿瘤患者脉象研究的历史沿革,概括目前相关研究内容及方法,指出相关研究方法中的一些不足,也在文章的最后对恶性肿瘤患者的脉象研究作一些展望。当下脉诊研究处于起步阶段,对于脉象研究方面的论述浅多精少,所以,脉象研究在将来还有非常大的发展空间。
英文摘要：
Pulse diagnosis is an important means of TCM diagnosis. Chinese scholars have made a preliminary progress in related researchfields and the research on pulse manifestation from qualitative analysis entered into quantitative analysis through the surveying and mapping of the data of pulse manifestation. Meanwhile, with the development of electro-pulsograph, the study of pulse diagnosis entered into the stage of objective research. The purpose of this paper was to summarize the papers of the pulse manifestation in patients with malignant tumors in recent 10 years, to expound the history of the pulse manifestation study on the malignant tumor patients, to generalize the related contents and methods, to point out the insui ciency of the relevant research methods, and make some prospects of pulse manifestation research in patients with malignant tumor at the end of the article. At present, the study of pulse diagnosis was in its initial stage. The discussion about pulse manifestation research lacks depth. So pulse manifestation studies would have a lot of room to develop in future.
