ABSTRACT Chronic bone and tendon disease is a systemic and local syndrome caused by degeneration of human body. Qi and blood, liver and kidney, and channels are involved in the injury of chronic bone and tendon disease. Chronic bone and tendon disease can be divided into degenerative diseases of the spine, bone metabolism related dis- eases, and bone and joint diseases mostly caused by susceptibility genes or inflammation.
