本研究通过对《金匮要略·呕吐哕下利病脉证治》中治疗呕吐的3方进行分析,从药物炮制与用量、煎煮用水、煎煮方式、服药温度、服药方法这5个方面探究不同煎服法与证型、疗效等方面的联系,意在剖析煎煮法对疾病治疗的重要影响.
This article summed up three vomiting disease prescriptions that owned the same Chinese medical herbs in Synopsis of Golden Chamber and then analyzed them in five aspects including herb preparation and dosage, decocting water, decoction method, temperature of medicine taking, and method of taking medicine to ex- plore the relationship between different decoction method and syndromes as well as curative effect. It was intend- ed to analyze the effect of decoction method on disease treatment.
