目的 探讨肿瘤科医护人员在医疗过程中存在的不当言行,提出改进不当言行的建议和措施,提高患者就诊满意度和治疗效果.方法 收集188例肿瘤患者对医护人员不当言行的看法.通过SPSS软件评估分析数据,研究改进不当言行的建议.结果 从医务人员正确理解角色定位、满足患者告知诉求、避免经济利益矛盾、提高自身技术及素质四方面进行改进.结论 肿瘤科医务人员的不当言行既有社会环境、医疗制度方面的因素,也有医务人员自身身心方面的原因.
英文摘要：
Objective： The current paper is attempted to research the behavior of oncology medical workers in the process of treatment, propose the suggestions and measures to improve the inappropriate behavior and enhance the satisfaction of patients and the effect of treatment. Methods 188 patients opinions on medical workers are collected. By evaluating and analyzing data on SPSS software, the author researches the suggestion to improve inappropriate behavior. Result The problem can be improved by making medical workers understanding their roles correctly, meeting the demand of patients, avoiding the conflict of economic benefits and improving technology and quality. Conclusion The inappropriate behavior of oncology results from social environment and medical systems as well as the physical and mental factors of medical workers.
