The construction of Liaoning Instrument Vocational Education Group is an important measure to boost the development of instrument industry in Liaoning, as well as the reform and innovation of vocational education. By the perfection of governance structure, the construction of cooperation projects serving the instrument industry development and the vocational education development, setting up incentive mechanism to promote the steady development of the group, the group school-running mode featured by the government domination, the industry guidance, the university-enterprise cooperation integration comes into existence. At the same time, in the process of group construction three jobs should be focused on： the solution of funds shortage, the establishment of enterprise incentive mechanism and the introduction of supportive policy for vocational colleges.
