从破坏性创新视角,首先,本文分析认为基于燃烧后捕捉二氧化碳的CCS技术具有维持性技术特征,基于燃烧前捕捉二氧化碳的CCS技术及部分典型清洁发电技术具有破坏性技术特征。而破坏性技术项目价值容易被行业内主流企业低估。在投资CCS条件下,这意味着相比常规发电技术(PC),整体煤气化联合循环发电(IGCC)发电和部分典型清洁发电技术的投资价值被低估了。其次,基于RPV框架,本文对煤电技术企业建立独立组织,投资营运新能源发电技术项目的必要性进行了分析。希望本文的分析,对煤电技术在位企业的投资决策有借鉴参考价值。
From the perspective of disruptive innovation, the paper insists that the CCS of carbon dioxide capture after combustion is provided with the characteristics of sustaining technology, the CCS of carbon dioxide capture before combustion and Some typical clean power generation technology possess the characteristics of disruptive technology. The investive value of disruptive technology projects were often underestimated by the mainstream enterprise. Under the condition of CCS invested,this means, IGCC power generation technology and some typical clean electricity generation technology investment value is likely to be underestimated compared with PC by investors. Secondly, based on the RPV framework, this paper argued that it is necessity for the coal-fired power technology plants establishing autonomous organization to invest and operate new energy power generation technology projects.
