在冗余资源视角下,基于时间阶段的划分,刻画了企业模仿创新行为的收益率、成功率、冗余资源的收益与自主创新行为之间关系,探讨了如何最大化企业自主创新效用,通过构建与求解动态规划模型,得到了企业自主创新最优决策行为的解析解。随后运用仿真实验对此解的性态进行了研究,并结合我国汽车产业进行了实例分析。研究表明:企业模仿创新行为的收益率和成功率、冗余资源的收益对自主创新行为的选择具有显著影响。具体表现在:冗余资源收益越高,其自主创新时间点越晚,增长率越高,但对增长率的稳定性影响不大;企业模仿创新行为的收益率越高,其自主创新时间点越晚,增长率也越高,同时,增长率会越早进入一个稳定增长状态;企业模仿创新行为成功率的高低,对自主创新及其增长率没有明显影响。研究结果为深入认识企业创新及冗余资源配置提供了理论参考;也对企业规划自主创新投入,政府部门加大自主创新激励具有指导意义。
Under the perspective of slack resource,the paper discusses how to maximize the independent innovation utility through deepening the relationship among enterprise imitation innovation behavior yield ratio,success ratio,slack resource income and independent innovation behavior based on time stage division.After the construction and solving of dynamic programming model,we obtain the analytical solution of independent innovation optimal decision-making behavior,and analyze the character of solution by simulation experiment.The research result shows that enterprise imitation innovation behavior yield ratio,success ratio,slack resource earning significantly affect the choice of independent innovation behavior.It shows concretely that: first,the higher the income of slack resource,the later the time of independent innovation and the higher growth ratio of it,but it has no effect upon the stability of growth ratio;second,the higher the yield ratio of imitation innovation behavior,the later the time of independent innovation,the higher growth ratio of it and the earlier the growth ratio to enter a steady state.Moreover,the success ratio of enterprise imitation innovation behavior shows no effect on independent innovation and its growth.The research provides a theoretical reference for deeper understanding of the enterprise innovation and slack resource,and has important directions for the input planning of enterprise independent innovation and enhanced encouragement of efforts for rewarding independent innovation motivation to government departments.
