近年来技术外部商业化逐渐引起学术界关注。本研究基于情景视角,探讨技术外部商业化产品导向战略收益的影响因素及可能存在的中介作用。通过对142家创新企业的问卷凋研和实证研究表明,专利制度与技术外部商业化的产品导向收益存在正向相关作用,相对专利位势在此过程中发挥部分中介作用;技术动态性与技术外部商业化的产品导向收益存在正向相关作用,相对专利位势在此过程中发挥完全中介作用。最后,探讨了本研究的理论和实践意义,并指出了研究不足和未来研究方向。
External technology commercialization (ETC) has attracted academic focus in recent years. This paper takes a contingency view to analyze how factors determine product oriented strategic revenue and if there exists intermediate. Based on survey data from 142 technology oriented companies, appropriability regime has positive effects on product oriented revenue, and relative patent posi tion plays a Intermediary role partly; technological turbulence has positive effects on product oriented revenue, and relative patent po sition plays a intermediary role entirely.
