目的研究思茅松松塔(球果)的化学成分。方法思茅松松塔的乙醇提取物,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、和正丁醇萃取,再经正相硅胶、反相RP-18、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和中压液相色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别鉴定为:15-methoxydehydroabietic acid(1),18-norabieta-8,11,13-trien-4-ol(2),7α-hydroxydehydroabietic acid(3),7β-hydroxydehydroabietic acid(4),7α,15-dihydroxydehydroabietic acid(5),7β,15-dihydroxydehydroabietic acid(6),18-nor-abieta-8,11,13-triene-4α,7α,15-triol(7)。结论7个化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the pinecone of Pinus kesiya Royle ex Gord. var.langbianensis( A. Chev.) Gaussen. METHODS Alcoholic extract of Pinus kesiya Royle ex Gord. var. langbianensis( A. Chev.) Gaussen in turn was extracted with petroleum,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol. These compounds were isolated by silica gel,RP-18 gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel. And the compounds' structures were identified based on spectral analyses. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were characterized as 15-methoxydehydroabietic acid( 1),18-nor-abieta-8,11,13-trien-4-ol( 2),7α-hydroxy dehydroabietic acid( 3),7β-hydroxydehydroabietic acid( 4),7α,15-dihydroxy dehydroabietic acid( 5),7β,15-dihydroxydehydroabietic acid( 6),18-nor-abieta-8,11,13-triene-4α,7α,15-triol( 7). CONCLUSION All of the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
