目的:对思茅松松塔的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用95%乙醇提取思茅松松塔的化学成分,用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sep-hadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为:15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid(1),15-hydroxylabd-8(17)-en-19-oic acid(2),junicedricacid(3),β-谷甾醇(4),胡萝卜苷(5)。结论:除化合物(1)外均首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from pinecone of Pinus kesiya R. Methods: The constituents were extracted with 95% ethanol, isolated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. Then their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Results: Five compounds were isolated and identified as 15- hydroxydehydroabietic acid (1) , 15- hydroxylabd- 8 (17) - en- 19- oic acid (2) , jnnicedric acid (3) , β- sitosterol (4) , and daucosterol (5). Conclusion: This is the first report on the compounds 2-4 from Pinus kesiya R.
