目的:通过比较不同产地云南松松塔中二萜类成分的HPLC指纹图谱,分析不同采样地点的云南松松塔是否具有差异性。方法:采集云南省不同产地的云南松松塔样品20份,通过HPLC法建立云南松松塔中二萜类化合物的指纹图谱,对其指纹图谱中的共有峰进行标记。结果:确立了云南松松塔二萜类化合物色谱指纹图谱的高效液相分析条件,确定11个共有峰。不同产地的云南松松塔的二萜类化合物色谱指纹图谱存在一定差异。结论:采用HPLC法,制定云南松松塔的二萜类化合物色谱指纹图谱,其二萜类成分得到较好的分离度,方法稳定、准确度高、重现性好,为云南松松塔质量标准研究奠定基础。
Objective: To compare the HPLC fingerprints of diterpenoid compound in pine cones of Pinus yunnanensis Franch from different habitats, and to analyze the differences among the pine cones from different sampling sites. Methods: 20 pine cone samples of Pinus yunnanensis Franch from different places in Yunnan were collected and the fingerprints of diterpenoid compound in the pine cone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch were established through HPLC method with the marking the common peak. Results: High performance liquid chromatography analysis condition of the fingerprints of diterpenoid compound in pine cones of Pinus yunnanensis Franch were established and 11 common peaks were confirmed. There are differences among the chromatographic fingerprints of diterpenoid compound in pine cones of Pinus yunnanensis Franch from different places. Conclusion: HPLC method is used to develop chromatographic fingerprint of diterpenoid compound in pine cone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch with good resolution of diterpenoid, which lays the quality specification study foundation of pine cone of Pinus yunnanensis with a stable, accurate and reproducible method.
