目的:初步探讨云南松松塔水部位对豚鼠离体回肠的活性。方法:观察云南松松塔水部位对正常和阿托品或苯海拉明预收缩豚鼠离体回肠的影响。结果:云南松松塔水部位终浓度在300~1200μg/mL之间可以使豚鼠正常离体回肠平滑肌的张力和面积均明显增大;终浓度大于300μg/mL的云南松松塔水部位可以使苯海拉明诱导下豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌的张力和面积均有所增大;云南松松塔水部位对阿托品诱导下豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌无影响。结论:在一定剂量范围内,云南松松塔水部位对豚鼠离体回肠有兴奋作用,其机制可能与M受体有关,与H受体无关。
Objective To study the effects of water extracts from Yunnan pine cone on isolated ileum in guinea pig. Methods To observe the effects of different concentrations of water extracts from Yunnan pine cone on the contraction of normal isolated ileum or atropine or diphenhydramine induced contracted isolated ileum. Results The water extracts from Yunnan pine cone at the final concentration of 100 μg/mL to 300 μg/mL could enhance the tension and the area of normal isolated ileal smooth muscle in guinea pigs; The water extracts from Yunnan pine cone at the concentration of 300 μg/mL could enhance the tension and the area of isolated ileal smooth muscle after diphenhydramine in guinea pigs; The water extracts from Yunnan pine cone had no effect on isolated ileal smooth muscle after atropine. Conclusion In certain dose, the water extract from Yunnan pine cone could stimulate isolated ileum of guinea pigs, and the responding mechanism may be related to the M receptor but not the H receptor.
