针对企业虚拟组织与大型工程组织的契合性问题展开分析。首先对企业虚拟组织与大型工程组织这两个概念进行界定;然后在此基础上以系统分析的视角分别从系统要素、系统结构、系统功能三个方面分析两者的异同点;最后提出新的认识：将大型工程组织看成是制造企业实现敏捷制造的一种组织模式——虚拟组织模式在大型工程中的具体表现,并基于这种认识指出虚拟组织以及大型工程组织进一步研究的方向。
英文摘要：
The paper analyzes the correspondence problem of enterprise virtual organizations and large-scale construction projects organization. First, it defines the two concepts and then discusses the similarities and differences between the two points from the elements, architecture and function from the perspective of system. Finally, it provides a new understanding： the large-scale construction organizations as an virtual organization mode applied in large-scale construction projects which is manufacturing enterprises to achieve agile manufacturing, and points out further study of virtual organizations, as well as large- scale construction projects organizations direction based on this understanding.
