Characteristics of China＇s unemployment insurance are narrow coverage, low fund pooling level, immature system and management. Therefore, it＇s necessary to expand unemployment insurance coverage in our country, to promote the fund as a whole, to establish unemployment monitoring and early warning mechanism, and to prevent moral hazard of the active unemployment in order to promote employment.
