At present, China is short of legislation to support medium and small investors and systematic education. The main object has not been emphasized, the contents are not specific and the education is inefficient. The education of medium and small investors should be law - based with overall low education background and adopt variable teaching activities by internet planning, focus on those investors with and modern media.
