研究哈密地区某高速铁路地基膨胀泥岩的膨胀特性.一方面,在室内确定土体基本力学参数基础上,针对原状泥岩样进行了膨胀力及无荷载情况下膨胀位移试验,获得膨胀力及膨胀位移过程变化曲线;并进行不同含水率、不同干密度情况下重塑土的膨胀力及膨胀位移试验,针对重塑土的膨胀力及膨胀位移的变化规律曲线进行公式拟合,并与原状泥岩的测试数据进行对比分析;另一方面,通过将膨胀力转换为体力加载的方式进行有限元分析计算,模拟计算室内环刀的膨胀位移,并与理论计算结果相互对比.结果表明:膨胀力拟合公式基本能反映泥岩膨胀力值,膨胀位移拟合公式误差较大,转换膨胀力的有限元分析方法可用于室内膨胀位移计算、膨胀力的反算及试验验证.
The expansion characteristics of mudstone in a certain high speed railway foundation of Kumul prefecture were studied.On the one hand,according to the basic mechanical parameters,expansibility and displacement tests were operated by a number of undisturbed expansive soil samples,and the expansibility and displacement of undisturbed soil had been obtained,then the respectively expansibility and displacement of remolded soil under different moisture contents and different dry densities were received.Based on the changing rule of the expansibility and displacement curve fitting formula,the calculation formula of different moisture contents and dry densities of the corresponding expansibility and displacement was obtained.On the other hand,the getting expansibility test was transformed and used for numerical calculation,then the indoor cutting ring expansion displacement was simulated,and the laboratory test data and theoretical calculation were verified each other.The results show that the expansibility fitting formula can reflect the undisturbed soil expansive force value,the error range between expansion displacement fitting formula and undisturbed soil displacement is obvious,and the finite element analysis method can be used for indoor expansion displacement calculation,force reversed-calculation and experimental verification.
