针对无人机无线电数据链测试过程中存在的精度偏低、人为干扰等问题,设计了一套基于GPIB总线的无人机无线电数据链接收链路自动测试系统;该系统采用工控机作为控制器,结合AX5488-GPIB接口卡通过GPIB总线实现对各测试仪器的控制;利用RS232串口和单片机通信,完成数据采集和各种控制动作;成功地实现了对多台接收机多个参数的自动循环测试;实验结果表明,该测试系统满足数据链部件指标测试要求,且运行稳定可靠,达到了预期效果。
In order to resolve the problems of low precision and factitious disturbance during the test process , an automatic test system for receiving link of the wireless data-link of UAV based on GPIB bus is introduced. The system which considers the IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) as the controller combined with interface board of AX5488-GPIB to control all measuring instruments through GPIB bus. Furthermore, through communicating with SCM (Single-Chip Microcomputer) by RS232, the system actualizes data gathering and other controlling operations. Multi- parameter automatic measurement for several receivers is realized. The result shows that the system meets all test requirements well and achives work steadiness and expected goals.
