A necessary and sufficient condition for perfect cloning of non-local orthogonal entangled mixed states using only local operations and classical communication （LOCC） is shown in this paper. And then we find that these mixed states can not be discriminated by LOCC. This means that the relation between local distinguishability and local copiability for orthogonal entangled mixed states differs from that of pure states.
