基于河流水文、水质的动态特性,以及监测数据、频率资料信息的不确定性、不完整性,运用不确定性信息的数学处理方法-盲数理论,将水文、水质参数都设为盲数,对渭河有机污染物COD与NH3—N的水环境容量进行了计算.计算结果是负值,说明它们都已超标,需要削减排放量.并将计算结果与确定性参数情形下进行了对比分析,结果表明,对超标河段COD与NH3-N削减量计算问题,此方法具有很好的适用性,符合河流水文、水质实际情况.
Based on the dynamics of river hydrology and water quality, the uncertain and incomplete characteristics of monitor information and frequency, the theory of blind number was used to calculating the quantity of water environmental capacity and nutrient reduced. This paper assurnes the parameter of hydrology and water quality to be the blind number by mathematical method for uncertain information-the blind number theory . The authors calculate the water environmental capacity of organic pollutant COD and NH3-N in the Weihe River, The results are negative indicating that they exceed standard, they need be put down. The results under the uncertainty and the certainty condition. It indicates that this method adapts to hydrology and water quality practical situation.
