阐述了数字舵机的组成、功能及工作原理,给出了各功能模块的关键电路,介绍了数字舵机指令的码分多址通信协议及时分多址的状态数据帧格式,并以小型飞行器为例,论述了多路舵机在机载系统中应用的工作流程;应用结果表明,数字化设计不仅提高了舵机自身抗于扰能力,保证了舵机在复杂电磁环境下正常运行,而且减少了飞行器机载计算机的控制接口,增加了系统使用的灵活性及可靠性。
The form, the function and the principle of the digital rudder controller of the small aircraft are expatiated. The hardware of every block is given in detail, and the interface of code division multiple access (CDMA) about command receiving and the data (tame o( time division multiple access (TDMA) about the status messages measurement are introduced. The example is given how the application and controlling flow of digital rudder controllers with airborne computer in the small aircraft is realized. The practice showed this method can improve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of itself, at the same time it can reduce the interface number of airborne computer, and increase the system agility and reliability.
