Xiaojun YANG was born in Fufeng, Shaanxi province. He received the B. S. degree in Applied Mathematics from Sichuan University, the M. S. in Operation and Control Theory from Xidian University, and the Ph.D. de- gree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical Univer- sity respectively. From 1995 to 1999, he was an assistant professor in Xi'an University of Science and Technology. From 2002 to 2005, he was a Lecture in North- western Polytechnical University. Now he is a Postdoctoral fellow in Con- trol Science and Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xi'an Institute of Eleetromechanical Information Technology. His main research inter- ests include adaptive control, signal and information processing, estimationtheory, adaptive filtering, target tracking, sensor networks and information fusion.
