复合绝缘子的结构特点以及安装环境导致其电位分布不均匀,两端金具附近具有强电场区。随着电压等级和复合绝缘子结构高度的增大,这种现象愈加严重。强电场将导致外绝缘介质和金具表面发生电晕放电,降低绝缘子的运行寿命,对电力安全运行造成严重威胁。笔者通过对110kV、220kV的普通伞型与特殊伞型4种复合绝缘子的电场对比计算表明,绝缘子伞裙结构对其表面电场分布影响较小。
Potential distribution non-uniform and high electric field area near the both ends of the insulator are caused by the geometry configure of composite insulator and the environment. With the increase of the voltage levers and the structure height of insulator, this phenomenon is more and more serious. High electric field will cause corona dischange on the insulation material and the surface of the metal electrodes, reduce insulator' s service life, and seriously threat to electric power operation security. The results of calculating the four kinds of common and special sheds configuration of 110 kV and 220 kV composite insulators indicate that electric field distribution along the insulator is less effected by the sheds configuration.
