Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan brings forward the thought of governing with or administrating with kindness, and military actions were used on condition that the government had no choice but military actions. Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan insists that between vassal states there should be an understanding without invision. Military actions scaled from wise to fool. military actions should be used on basis of rightness and kings should have power to command military forces. Chun-qiu-gu-liang-zhuan says NO to minisers commanding military forces and says NO to non-humanianism in war.
