CNC turning is a common processing method for thread. Due to unique structure and complex process, thread screw machining displays low precision and low efficiency. The processing of the thread was focused on which included the determination of appropriate programming instructions, the optimal processing tool, the proper workpiece fixturing method and the accurate cutting parameters, which helped to achieve precision control of thread CNC turning with high-precision, high efficiency and stable and reliable qualification.
