Food quality, ambience and employee's services influence customers' affective experience and the perception of social interaction. Based on the survey data from restaurant industry, the paper explores the customers' various responses to their perceived experience. The study concludes that demographical factors have significant impacts on consumption experiences, and among them age is the most important factor. In addition, food quality and service level are key drivers of customers' experiences.
