The integrative development of IT and educational technology gradually enables MOOC（ Massive Open Online Courses） a new teaching model to be applied extensively. This article takes the course of C# Programming for example and combines MOOC with Flipped Classroom and traditional teaching model to study on the application of MOOCs-based blending teaching model in the higher vocational courses teaching from such respects as teaching model,teaching design,teaching practice and teaching effect. According to the statistics of teaching effect,MOOCs-based blending teaching model is suitable for higher vocational specialized basic courses teaching and can mobilize the enthusiasm of students,enhance students＇ self-learning and collaborative learning ability and significantly improve the quality of vocational education.
