基于行为决策视角,通过真实任务实验方法,研究心理行为特征对个体绩效薪酬选择偏好的影响。结果表明:外控倾向越强,选择个体绩效薪酬的概率越低;风险厌恶越强,选择个体绩效薪酬的概率也越低。能力水平对外控倾向与个体绩效薪酬选择的关系以及风险厌恶与个体绩效薪酬选择的关系均具有增强型调节作用。
Based on the behavioral decision perspective, this paper explores the influence of psychological behavior characteristics on individual' s acceptance of pay for performance plan through the real task experiment. The experimental results show that, the higher the individual' s external locus or risk aversion, the lower the individual selection probability of pay for performance. Furthermore, ability level has a moderating effect of enhancement on the relationship between external locus and individual' s acceptance of pay for performance plan, and on the relationship between risk aversion and individual' s acceptance of pay for performance plan.
