以制度支持为切入点,探索了公司创业能否在政府和企业竞争优势之间起到中介作用,提出了一个有调节变量的中介模型,检验了不正当竞争和技术能力在整个过程中的调节作用。京津冀地区285家企业样本的实证结果基本支持了假设模型：制度支持显著增强了企业绩效,公司创业在二者之间起到了部分中介作用;不正当竞争对制度支持与公司创业之间的关系以及公司创业的中介效应具有显著负向调节作用;技术能力对制度支持与公司创业、公司创业与企业绩效之间的关系以及公司创业的中介效应都具有显著正向调节作用。
英文摘要：
This study proposes a model including a moderated mediator,exploring whether corporate entrepreneurship play the mediator role between government and enterprise competitive advantage and examining the moderating role of dysfunctional competition and technological capabilities.Using survey data of 285 companies from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it demonstrates that institutional support is positively related to firm performance and corporate entrepreneurship plays a partial mediating role in this relationship.It also finds that dysfunctional competition plays a negative moderate role in the positive relationship of institutional support and firm performance,and in the mediating effort of corporate entrepreneurship,technological capabilities plays a positive moderate role in the relationship of institutional support and firm performance,the relationship of corporate entrepreneurship and firm performance,and mediating effort of corporate entrepreneurship.
