近年来，尤其是自二胎政策开放以来，不孕患者数量急剧增加，并且越来越多的不孕症夫妇将IVF-ET技术作为他们生育的最终选择。但是在IVF-ET技术中各种促排卵药物的使用不仅影响了卵子的发育，同时也影响了内源性激素的平衡协调，从而干扰子宫内膜的正常发育和与胚胎发育的同步性，降低了子宫内膜的容受性，导致IVF-ET的种植率明显下降，这也明显制约了辅助生殖技术的发展，因此提高IVF-ET种植率是生殖界需要迫切解决的问题。
英文摘要：
Rencently, after practing the two - child policy, the number of infertile patients has increased dramatically. More and more infertile couples will take in vitro fertilazation - enbryotranfer technology as their final selection. But in IVF - ET ,the u- sing of various stimulate ovulation drugs affects not only the growth of the egg but also the balance of endogenous normones coordi- nation to inferere the normal development of the endometrial receptivity. According to this situation, it decreases the rate of plant- ing significantly in TVF - ET as well as restricts the development of assisted reproductive technology. Therefore, reroductive do- main urgently needs to solve the prolem that how to increase the rate of TVF - ET planting.
