In order to build a healthy legal environment and realize the national stability and security, cultivating the spirit of the rule of law has become a very important part in local government＇s work. Design of the cultivating modes should reflect regional differences.Cultivating the spirit of the rule of law in Langfang should start from the local reality and take full advantage of transportation, culture and other aspects, with the help of Langfang Spirit- ＂Generous, vigorous, and harmonious＂- to seek for the atmosphere of legal culture.For this purpose, cultivating the spirit of the rule of law should be carried out in schools, institutions, industry associations, and communities through legal knowledge instruction, legal culture edification, legal activities, and legal practice.
