理论上分析了影响角位移传感器线性度的关键因素:角位移传感器径向磁场磁感应强度.通过对影响角位移传感器径向磁场磁感应强度的各个因素:初级线圈长度和半径、偏心圆盘偏心矩和半径、初级激励电压的分析.提出了各个因素优化来提高角位移传感器线性度的方法,得出了角位移传感器最佳线性度的性能参数.依据柴油机电子调速系统模拟实验装置平台,优化后的角位移传感器进行了电子调速器系统内、外环模拟实验.结果表明:电子调速系统的动态响应达0.25秒,线性度为0.4%.完全满足柴油机正常调速要求.
Theoretical analysis on the linearity of rotating displacement sensor, the magnetic induction density of radial magnetic field is the key facter that affects the linearity of rotating displacement sensor,while the magnetic induction density is affected by such factors as the length and radius of the primary coil and prejudicial distance and radius of Prejudicial disc and primary exciting current. After optimizing calculation of the linearity of rotating displacement sensor, the parameters has been optimally determined. Several analogue test of electronic regulator system are made on the basis of analogue test of electronic system, such as internal link system and external link system. The optimal parameter has been calculated on the well-balanced state of rotating displacement sensor, and it was very good in the aspect of both dynamic state that is 0. 25 s and linearity is 0. 4% in the electronic regulator system. It can meet the needs of well-balanced state of diesel.
