针对ISAD柴油机常温18℃下的启动工况,建立了柴油机的动态转矩模型和ISG电机的动力性模型,对ISG电机拖动柴油机的启动过程进行仿真,研究了柴油机与ISG电机匹配关系,分析了启动过程中电机功率、转矩随柴油机转速的变化规律。通过ISG柴油机启动台架试验,对仿真结果进行了对比验证。结果表明,采用ISAD技术后,当蓄电池的电压为36V、48V、60V时,均可将柴油机拖动至目标转速,满足启动要求。
According to the starting conditions at normal temperature (18℃) of diesel engine which is in the use of ISAD technology,this paper gave the working model of diesel engine and ISG electromotor.It obtained the torque and power that the ISG electromotor should provide on the starting conditions.Then it made the simulation computation to the starting process.Finally,through the bench test of the ISG electromotor dragging diesel engine under the different voltages,the confirmation and the analysis were carried out to verify the simulation results.As a result,the bench test and simulation can be quite good tallied.It shows that in the use of ISAD technology,when the battery voltage of 36V,48V,60V,the diesel engine may be dragged to meet the speed requirements.
