以一个制造企业及其顾客所组成的供应链为研究对象,根据顾客对产品需求的特点,将其分为交货期敏感型和价格敏感型。建立基于生产能力的价格和交货期协调决策模型,分析了生产制造企业如何结合生产能力在产品价格和交货期之间作出权衡。通过数值算例,分析和论证了模型所得出的相关结论。分析结论可以为供应链企业竞争中的交货期相关定价决策提供有益的指导。
This paper considers a two-echelon supply chain system with one manufacturer and its customers, and customers are divided into delivery-time-sensitive and price-sensitive just according to their characteristics. Then it builds a decision model for coordinating delivery time and price based on capacity, It also analyzes how to make trade off between delivery time and price combined with the actual capacity of the firm. Finally, through numerical examples the pertinent conclusions are analyzed and demonstrated by the model. These results are helpful to the decision-making of delivery time and price for the firm in the supply chain.
