针对中国企业进行了问卷调查,根据产品需求的特点,将问卷样本分为两类,第一类行业产品的市场需求变化快;第二类行业产品的市场需求稳定。用统计学的因子分析和回归分析方法,针对两类行业分别分析了物流能力要素和供应链绩效之间的关系,得出了以下结论:信息能力和售前售后服务能力对第一类行业影响显著,客户服务能力和匹配能力对第二类行业影响显著,配送能力对两类行业的影响都很显著。
Questionnaires were provided to enterprises in China and the samples were divided into two types based on product demand characteristic: the product demand of the first type of industry changes quickly and the product demand of the second type is stable. Then used factor analysis and regression analysis to analyze the relation between logistics capability factors and supply chain performance based on these two types of industry, and then came to a conclusion that information capability and service capability before sale and after sale affect the first type of in- dustry remarkably, customer service capability and matching capability affect the second type remarkably and both types of industry were profoundly influenced by delivery capability.
