Talent competition between firms has emerged as one of the most widely used methods utilized by firms to acquire competition theory, the high-qualified talents and win a competitive edge. In combination of dynamic resource-based view and human capital theory, this paper analyzed and discussed the tactics and drivers of the interfirm competition for talents with the perspective of competitive interaction.
