探讨了团队内部社会网络特征对团队创造力的影响及其作用机制。结果表明,团队内部社会网络异质性与团队创造力正相关,团队内部网络联系强度与团队创造力负相关,知识分享行为在团队内部网络特征与团队创造力的关系中起中介作用。
This paper analyzes the impact of the character of group internal social network on group creativity and its mechanism. Results show that group internal social network heterogeneity of ties benefits group creativity, while group internal strength of ties has a contrary effect, and knowledge sharing behavior acts as a mediator.
