运用要素集中度指数、Arc Gis空间分析及DEA测评模型等方法,从生产要素空间集聚、资源配置空间集聚及均衡要素空间集聚三个方面展开测评,完成了对长春5大主城区公共体育服务空间要素集聚效应的论证,结果显示,（1）南关区、朝阳区全民健身站点集中度较高,生产集中度也较高,未来应着力提高公共体育服务质量;（2）二道区、绿园区、宽城区等地区还存在一些区域上的极不平衡现象,提升规模效率和缩小城区间的群体差距是当下重点。

英文摘要：

Using the index of factor concentration,space analysis（ Arc GIS） and DEA model,this article analyzes the space elements of public sports service on 5 main city area of Changchun in china by production factors,resources allocation and equilibrium elements space agglomeration. The results show that：（ 1） fitness site concentration in Nanguan and Chaoyang is high,production concentration is also high,in the future,we should improve the quality of public sports service;（ 2） there are still some extremely uneven phenomenon in rdao,Lvyuan and Kuancheng,attentions should be focus on enhancing the efficiency of scale and narrowing the gap between districts.
