目的研究黄芪消渴汤的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以黄芪甲苷含量及干膏量为指标,考察水的用量、煎煮时间及煎煮次数3个因素对黄芪消渴汤提取效果的影响,优选提取工艺。结果黄芪消渴汤的最佳工艺条件为煎煮1 h,煎煮3次,加6倍量水。结论该提取工艺合理可行,能较好的保证制剂质量。
英文摘要：
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction techniques for the compound of Huangqixiaoke decoction. METHODS With the contents of astragaloside Ⅳand the dry extract amount as the observation index,and using the amount of water,the boiling time,boiling frequency as factors,water extraction techniques was optimized. RESULTS The optimized extracting condition of Huangqixiaoke decoction was as follows： adding 6-fold water to decoct for 3 times,1 h for each time. CONCLUSION This extraction process is reasonable and practical,and can well guarantee its quality.
