教师心理资本水平的高低影响教师的教学行为及心理健康。从2010年开始至今,对教师心理资本的研究已经取得了较为丰硕的成果,文章主要从教师心理资本结构、教师心理资本影响因素、教师心理资本效果变量三方面的研究进行了综述,并从测量工具、研究模式、研究方法方面展望研究情景以供后续研究参考。
The level of teachers' psychological capital directly influences their teaching behavior and mental health. From 2010 to the present, there have been rich fruits of researches into teachers' psycho- logical capital. The present paper review these researches in three aspects of teachers' psychological cap- ital structure, influencing factors and effect variable, and analyses problems in three perspectives: meas- uring instruments, research models and research methods, so as to provide a reference for further re- search.
