为确定灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)多糖超声波提取最佳工艺条件,通过单因素试验与正交回归组合设计对其进行优化。结果表明,灵芝多糖超声波提取最佳工艺条件为料液比(g/mL)1∶35,超声功率80 W,超声温度50℃,超声时间35 min,此条件下灵芝多糖实际提取率为2.06%。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum were optimized through single factor experiments and orthogonal regression combination design. The results showed that under the optimum conditions such as solid-liquid ratio of 1∶35(g/mL), ultrasonic power of 80 W, extracting 35 minutes under 50 ℃, the extraction yield of polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum was 2.06%.
