加强对师范生教学能力的研究及“师范生教学能力训练”课程的建设,不断促进其教学能力的提高,是高等师范院校面临的一个现实课题。近年来,针对教学能力训练中存在的诸多问题,对“师范生教学能力训练”系列课程建设进行了探索和实践,为进一步提升“师范生教学能力训练”课程的建设成效,在建设思路上需遵循教师专业化成长规律,应对基础教育新课程改革的需求,并立足区域实际;在建设内容上要体现“立体化、多样性”的特点,重点突破评价标准;在建设策略上要广开渠道,体现“开放、合作”的良好态势。
To strengthen the research on normal students' teaching ability and the curriculum construction of "normal students' teaching ability training" and to promote the teaching ability constantly is a realistic task that higher normal colleges and universities face. In recent years,as for those problems in teaching ability training,we made a lot of exploration and did a lot of praetiee in the curriculum construction of "normal students' teaching ability training" and had achieved some obvious success. In order to further improve the effects of the construction of "normal students' teaching ability training", the law of teachers' professionalization should be followed; based on regional reality, the needs of the new curriculum reform should be taken into consideration; the construction should reflect the characteristics of "interaetivity and diversi- ty", breaking the evaluation standard; as for construction strategy, we should give full play to the collective intelligence and realize the "open and eooperative" state.
