目的:研究分光光度法测定丹参中金属元素含量的可行性,并探讨丹参的药效与金属元素含量可能存在的关系。方法:根据不同的金属离子与特定显色剂显色,产生可见光吸收,采用分光光度法平行测定人发标准品及丹参中金属元素的含量。结果:丹参中含丰富的微量金属元素,其中铁含量最高(148.32 mg/kg),锌为73.54 mg/kg,铜为45.99 mg/kg。结论:分光光度法操作简便、测量快速、结果准确,易推广使用。丹参的药效与其中的金属元素种类及含量可能存在密切的关系。
Objective: To discuss feasibility of determining the contents of trace element in Radix salviae miltiorrhizae by spectrophotometry,and to expound potential relationship between the sorts and contents of the elements.Methods: Different metal ions can be colored with specific color reagent,engendering visible light absorption,so spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the contents both of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae and standard substance of human hair.Results: The results showed that Radix salviae miltiorrhizae was rich in trace element,the content of Fe was especially higher(148.32 mg/kg),Zn was 73.54 mg/kg,Cu was 45.99 mg/kg.Conclusion: Spectrophotometry has the advantages of simple operation,high-speed and accurate,could be popularized widely.The relationship between sorts and contents of elements in Radix salviae miltiorrhizae and pharmacological actions of them.
