The actualizing of laboratory opening in universities involves students, experimental teachers, technicians, laboratory management and many other factors. Only by solving the existing problems, can we better arouse the learning enthusiasm of students, cultivate the innovative ability of them, and improve the quality of experimental teaching. This article analyzes the existing problems of the laboratory opening,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,so that the laboratory opening can take its advantages of personnel training.
