Modern apprenticeship training mode is an effective way of cultivating creative ability;and professional talent training scheme is the framework of modern apprenticeship training,which determines personnel training quality of the modern apprenticeship. Modern apprenticeship personnel training follows the guidance of fundamental moral education and employment-orientation,and adheres to the cooperation between production and education as well as between industry and university. It also adheres to the combination between work and study and the unity between knowledge and practice. Besides considering general requirements for the establishment of its talent training scheme,it is necessary to involve innovation,entrepreneurial spirit and the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial ability into the talent training scheme of modern apprentice system,to promote effective integration of professional education and creative education,and to enrich education resources of innovation entrepreneurship in professional curriculum,so as to strengthen innovation entrepreneurship education in the process of imparting professional knowledge.
