校企、企校双主体办学的出发点都是为了培养更好的技能型人才,但是由于学校与企业的办学理念有所不同,也就造成了人才培养模式有所区别,所培养的学徒的质量就有偏差。文章通过对以学校为主导的和以企业为主导的现代学徒制人才培养模式、互聘共用的双师型师资队伍建设和基于现代学徒制的教学运行与管理以及人才培养质量考核等方面的不同点进行了详细分析,提出了校企、企校办学实现互融互通的办学策略。
Double main body of school and enterprise' s starting point is to develop better skilled personnel, but due to the educational philosophy of school and enterprise is different, it has caused the talented person training pattern have the difference, and the quality of the apprentice has the deviation. This paper analyzes the modern ap- prenticeship training talents model of the school-led and enterprise-oriented, the double type teaching staff con- struction of mutually share, the teaching operation management and talent training quality evaluation based on modern apprenticeship, and put forward the strategy to realize mutual melting each other between of the school and enterprise.
