Modern apprenticeship is the effective personnel training mode with which vocational education serves the current economic and social development. Interactive development is an effective way to deepen the integration of production and education,university-enterprise cooperation,as well as the effective way to promote the work-integrated learning and unity of work and knowledge.the modern apprenticeship is still in its pilot phase, in order to ensure smooth implementation of pilot projects,actively explore the profession construction track of ＂pilot,diagnosis,improvement and summary＂,introducing professional teaching diagnosis and improvement mechanism to the pilot project of modern apprenticeship, designed the professional diagnosis process;and according to the particularity of modern apprenticeship,built the index system of modern apprenticeship teaching diagnosis,and clarified the diagnosis of specific projects,and strengthened the process diagnosis.
