现代学徒制是职业教育服务当前经济社会发展的有效的人才培养模式,将职业教育与劳动就业进行互动发展,是深化产教融合、校企合作,推进工学结合、知行合一的有效途径,目前现代学徒制还处在试点阶段,为了保证试点项目顺利实施,积极探索"边试点、边诊断、边改进、边总结"专业建设思路,将专业教学诊断与改进机制引入现代学徒制试点项目中,设计出了专业诊断流程,根据现代学徒制的特殊性,构建了现代学徒制教学诊断指标体系,明确了诊断的具体项目,强化了过程性诊断。
Modern apprenticeship is the effective personnel training mode with which vocational education serves the current economic and social development. Interactive development is an effective way to deepen the integration of production and education,university-enterprise cooperation,as well as the effective way to promote the work-integrated learning and unity of work and knowledge.the modern apprenticeship is still in its pilot phase, in order to ensure smooth implementation of pilot projects,actively explore the profession construction track of "pilot,diagnosis,improvement and summary",introducing professional teaching diagnosis and improvement mechanism to the pilot project of modern apprenticeship, designed the professional diagnosis process;and according to the particularity of modern apprenticeship,built the index system of modern apprenticeship teaching diagnosis,and clarified the diagnosis of specific projects,and strengthened the process diagnosis.
