The essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education is practical education ,whose goal is to cumvate talents with entrepreneurial quality and creative ability. The training mode of modem apprenticeship system is based on morality education and oriented towards employment, and the effective way to improve the innovative and entre- preneurial ability is to adhere to integration of production and education and school - enterprise cooperation. The training program is the guideline of talent training, and modern apprenticeship training program need cultivate the spirits of innovation, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative ability in teaching in addition to the conventional teaching of professional knowledge.
