网络舆论暴力案件在近年来频繁发生,整体看来,有些带有攻击性的网民最初的目的是除恶扬善和标榜正义,但他们的行为切切实实损害到了部分公民的权利和隐私,甚至影响了国家和社会的利益。一方面,法律规定了公民拥有言论自由的权利,另一方面也要求公民履行相应的义务。从言论自由的概念和法律渊源展开,提出网络监督的特点,与言论自由的关系,最后阐明网络监督的法律规则。

Recently,internet violence occurs frequently.Generally,netizens＇ initial aim is to punish the evil and encourage good deeds,but their behavior and words hurt the privacy rights of citizens.Besides,it affects the interests of the state and society.On the hand,the law provides citizens the right speech.At the same time,laws also requires citizens to take corresponding obligations.This paper analyzes the concept of freedom of speech,expands the source of law and presents the characteristics of Network supervision.Then,the paper makes it clear the relationship between Network supervision and the freedom of speech.Finally,the paper clarifies the legal rules of Network supervision.
