在对合成氨工艺过程和联合循环系统研究的基础上,构思集成了部分重整、未反应气部分循环的天然气基化工一动力多联产系统。以Aspen plus为工具,对分产系统和多联产系统进行模拟计算和性能分析。研究表明,多联产系统具有良好的系统性能,相对节能率可以达到7.1%。利用平衡分析和图像分析方法揭示了系统性能改善的原因,最后探讨了关键研究变量对系统性能的影响。
Based on the investigation of ammonia synthesis process and gas-steam combined cycle, a natural gas based polygeneration system for the production of ammonia and power with partial reforming and partial cycle of unreacted gas was proposed. The Aspen plus was used for system simulation and analysis. It was indicated that the polygeneration system shows a good performance and energy saving ratio reaches 7.1%. By the aid of exergy analysis and EUD methodology, the internal phenomenon for the improvement of system performance was clarified. At last, the characteristic of system performance with key parameters was discussed.
