传统的煤基发电系统评价是对其效率、经济性、环境影响等单一指标进行。在可持续发展的背景下,需要对煤基发电系统与经济系统、环境系统和社会系统的作用关系进行分析,建立与三者紧密联系的统一评价的客观尺度进行可持续性评价。文中针对煤基发电系统存在废物的特点,运用能值分析理论建立了能反映煤基发电系统特性的可持续性评价指标。对不同的煤基发电系统:多联产能源系统(以甲醇-电力多联产能源系统为例)、整体煤气化联合循环OGCC)、增压循环流化床联合循环(PFBC-CC)、超临界火电厂进行了可持续性分析。结果表明:该能值可持续性评价指标能比较全面地度量煤基发电系统及其可持续性,多联产能源系统的可持续性较煤粉发电厂、PFBC-CC,IGCC电厂显著提高;IGCC电厂、PFBC-CC电厂的可持续性较煤粉发电厂也有不同程度的提高。
Traditional evaluation indices of coal-based generation electricity systems are only efficiency or economy or environmental effect with process performance. Under a background of sustainable development, it is necessary to evaluate the sustainability that reflects the relation about coal-based generation electricity systems with economic system, environmental system and social system, so emergy account are employed. Coal-based generation electricity systems cause waste. Emergy sustainability index for coal-based generation electricity systems considered waste is put forward. As cases study, emergy of polygeneration system based on coal gasification with electricity and fuel (methanol etc.), IGCC (integrated gasification combined-cycle), PFBC-CC (pressured fluidized bed combustion combined-cycle), supercritical power plant are analyzed respectively. The result shows that new emergy indices are practical on evaluating the coal-based generation electricity system; the sustainability of polygeneration system is higher than IGCC, PFBC-CC, supereritical power plant.
